Blue shirt with blue jeans It seems always wrong to me or at least a labyrinthian puzzle far beyond my clothing wisdom, but i feel like i have seen it pulled off with dash and cunning. Does skin tone matter?If extra non blue layers can make it work, what colors create a requirement for the minimal number of those layers?I want to know everything there is to know about blue on blue.
